Jean-Pierre Brice

Founder - CMPRadio.net/CMPRadio Foundation

Jean-Pierre Berman Brice is a community-centered media founder, storyteller, mentor, and cultural organizer born in Brooklyn, New York, and raised in Chester, Pennsylvania. As the founder of CMPRadio.Net and the CMPRadio Foundation, his work sits at the intersection of media, youth development, civic engagement, and community empowerment.

Motivated by lived experience growing up in a city too often misunderstood, surviving personal loss, navigating incarceration, and choosing transformation Jean-Pierre built platforms that amplify real stories from real people. Through content, mentorship, and programs, he pushes a message of accountability, healing, and “Cultivating Mature Positivity,” a philosophy that has become both a personal creed and a community brand.

Brice has taught media, podcasting, storytelling, and broadcast journalism across multiple schools and youth-serving organizations, including Chester Charter Scholars Academy. His mentorship programs, community events, and youth media initiatives have become trusted spaces for young people to develop voice, purpose, and self-identity.

His work has been recognized with numerous honors, including the President’s Lifetime Achievement Award from AmeriCorps, citations from state legislators, community service awards from civic organizations, and philanthropic support from corporate and foundation partners.

At his core, Jean-Pierre is a communicator who believes that unity comes through honest conversation, collective responsibility, and narrative control. Whether behind the microphone, in the classroom, or on the streets engaging youth, his mission remains the same: build platforms that make people feel seen, heard, and empowered.
