Michael Slaughter

Currently I am an avid world traveler with a goal to experience as many cultures and lands as possible. My past, I was a community organizer and event promoter in Atlanta, Georgia. I spent many years as a board member of In The Life Atlanta, overseeing the world’s largest annual LGBTQ Black Pride event and various related events throughout the year. I also organized and promoted various nightlife events catering to Atlanta’s LGBTQ community. Additionally, I co-organized a bi-annual retreat for African American Gay and Bisexual men with the purpose of created bonds, education, and an escape from daily life.
